Coffee fields on the slopes of Manizales at dawn, with mist between the ridges

The essence of Manizales in a single corner.

Single Estate Coffee — from our farm to your cup.

Manizales · Caldas · Colombia

250 g bag of Le Coin coffee, 100% arabica from a Colombian farm

Our

Coffee

Café Le Coin grows its own coffee in the city of Manizales, Colombia, a country recognised for delivering the finest coffee quality.

Our processes are entirely artisanal: every bean is hand-picked, our fertiliser comes from vermiculture, irrigation flows from a natural spring born on our own land, and drying is done under the sun.

These processes bring out what defines a great coffee —aroma, body and flavour— and you will only find them inside this bag.

Café Le Coin: more than a coffee, an experience.

  • Coffee from Manizales

A single origin, our own farm in the heart of Colombia's coffee belt.

  • Rigorous selection

Hand-picked bean by bean, only at optimal ripeness.

  • Valve packaging

Degassing valve on HoReCa formats: the cup arrives as it left the roaster.

From the land

To the cup

We control the full cycle inside the farm. Every step leaves its mark on the cup.

  1. Planting

Our own crop on the slopes of Manizales, at full coffee-growing altitude.

  2. Selective harvest

Hand-picked bean by bean, only at optimal ripeness.

  3. Vermiculture

Organic fertiliser produced on the farm: living soil, clean cup.

  4. Spring water

Irrigation is born on our own land, with no intermediaries.

  5. Sun drying

Controlled drying at origin to lock in aroma, body and sweetness.

  6. Precision roasting

Carried out by our strategic partner Tisquesusa, with state-of-the-art technology for bean development.
